In the Highlands of Jalisco, where time is measured in harvests and the sun gently embraces the agaves, Xuma Tequila is born. A young and vibrant blanco tequila, crafted as it should be: with deep respect for the land, for time, and for tradition.

Tequila Blanco

Xuma is heritage in motion—it honors tequila tradition while speaking in its own voice. An authentic, honest spirit, deeply rooted in its origin. Our tequila is for those who know the best story is the one still being written.

Woman-led project

Xuma is a women-led project, created in collaboration with Casa Reyes Barajas (NOM 1507), in one of the oldest haciendas in the town of Tequila. Together, they honor the art of tequila-making—from the fields to the bottle—with the same care used to preserve a legacy. Here, tradition isn’t nostalgia—it’s living mastery.

our story

Natural Fermentation

Every step follows its own rhythm. Blue agave piñas mature up to  7 years before being hand-harvested. They’re slowly cooked in traditional ovens, called “hornos de mamposteria”  where steam caramelizes the sugars and reveals their natural sweetness. Double distilled in copper stills, Xuma preserves the agave’s pure soul, delivering a clean, mineral, and expressive profile. On the nose: damp earth and fresh citrus. On the palate: smoothness with character, like the landscape where it was born.

LEARN ABOUT OUR PROCESS

“Para todo, Xuma” is more than a slogan. It’s a philosophy of addition—heritage with future, science with intuition, patience with passion.
